Bella Cuba Travel (http://bellacuba.travel/) is a Southeast Michigan-based travel agency specializing in LGBTQ+ friendly, itinerary-based tours of Cuba. They aim to showcase the island nation’s rich cultural heritage & food & sandy beaches.
As a startup, Bella Cuba was in need of a website to drive leads and allow prospective clients to learn about their various trip tours and subsequently book the trip they desire via the website. Taking a mobile-first approach, Formcode streamlined both visual design but also the User Experience (UX) to reorganize how the information is presented. The challenge was to create a site that is easy to navigate on mobile devices along with laptops and conveys the colorful, rich Cuban culture to people looking for a different vacation experience. Thanks to some wonderful photography supplied by the client, Formcode was able to achieve the look and feel necessary to capture the vibes of colorful Cuba.
The goal of the site is to provide leads to Bella Cuba to fully book their tours. The website was built upon a solid foundation of basic SEO principles to help aid in organic search growth and is fully responsive and displays beautifully on all devices.
